Steve Davis

Biography

Steve Davis is the Founder and Managing Director of Grantside, a UK property development and investment company he established in 1993. With more than 30 years’ experience, Steve has built a strong track record of identifying opportunities and delivering complex commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across the UK. He is the creator and driving force behind Hive, Grantside’s next-generation co-living platform, with projects being developed in Sheffield, Glasgow and Manchester. Steve has a particular focus on design quality, sustainability and creating developments that deliver long-term social and environmental value. Outside property, Steve is an experienced mountaineer and adventurer, having climbed the Seven Summits, including Mount Everest. His experiences in some of the world’s most extreme and environmentally sensitive locations have helped shape his commitment to climate-conscious development and Grantside’s ambition to deliver exemplar, low-carbon buildings and places.
