How many tickets can I purchase?

You may purchase as many tickets as you require.

Note: Each purchase serves as ticket and particular attendee registration (including indication of Business Objectives and Food & Allergy Consideration).

In case of Group (5+ tickets) purchase, please contact our team at team@colivingconference.com to receive instructions and promo code for groups.

How and when will I receive the ticket?

Once you have purchased your ticket for the Coliving Conference 2026, you will receive confirmation of purchase via the email address provided during registration. Confirmation of purchase serves as your ticket. We will share additional information about the event electronically in due time, ensuring a seamless experience.

Will I be charged VAT?

All tickets for the Coliving Conference 2026 are subject to 20% VAT charged, according to the tax regulations in the United Kingdom. Please note that all amounts stated on our ticket(s) overview page exclude VAT.

Our Ticket Registration System (Coliving Conference Portal) adds VAT to the total amount during checkout. Please provide your VAT number when purchasing and consult with your local tax authority for the VAT refund process.

Can I have an invoice for my ticket purchase?

Upon completing your ticket purchase through the Ticket Registration System (Coliving Conference Portal), you will receive an electronic copy of the invoice. It's a seamless process that allows you to keep track of your payment and have all the necessary documentation for your records.

My payment has been debited, but I haven't received any purchase confirmation yet?

Can I change my ticket(s)?

You can upgrade your ticket but not downgrade it. If you have purchased an online ticket you can upgrade your ticket to an in-person 1 Day, 1,5 Days or 2 Days Ticket (subject to availability). Please contact us at team@colivingconference.com in order to process your request. Upgrades must be done 14 working days before the event date.

Can I cancel my ticket(s)?

No, Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our Terms & Conditions. While tickets are non-refundable, we may look into specific cases at our discretion. If you find yourself in such a situation, please donโ€™t hesitate to contact us via email.

Are there any discounts available?

For groups of over 5 attendees we have a 10% discount for your order thus if you are planning to attend as a group (company) reach out to us for promo code.

Moreover, for student we have a special discount - reach out to us with confirmation of your student status.
