From Awards Host’s remarkable performance to the perfectly chosen venues, every detail contributed to a sense of community and inspiration. The rooftop and bar at the ceremony venue set the tone beautifully for the first-night networking and awards celebration, while the 19th Hole building in the centre of Barcelona offered a view that quite literally inspired greatness. The panel topics struck an ideal balance between strategic and operational, making each session both thought-provoking and directly applicable. But perhaps most impressive was the quality of participants - every single conversation was valuable. I had the chance to connect not only with fellow coliving founders and CEOs, but also with a wave of innovative partners shaping the ecosystem: from PropTech platforms and architecture firms specialised in shared housing, to AI-powered tools for property management.
