With 30 years’ experience, Chris has a detailed understanding of mixed-use and residential-led development in urban locations, primarily across Greater London. His focus is on community-led solutions bespoke to their local context, shaped by an understanding of local history, connections and communities’ own aspirations for regeneration. Placemaking is central to this approach, with a focus on creating distinctive homes and places that reflect their context, encourage social interaction and bring a sense of delight. This commitment to creating places around people also underpins Chris’s expertise in blended living, drawing on decades of experience across residential typologies including student housing, later life living and Build to Rent, with a particular focus on coliving.
