People-first, commercially minded and naturally curious, Gavin is always looking at how things can be done better rather than simply accepting the way they’ve always been done.
He leads Hone’s overall strategy and growth, working closely with owners, partners and the operational team to deliver strong commercial performance without losing sight of the resident experience. He’s just as interested in the big picture as he is in the small details that shape how a place actually feels to live in.
