Kalen Hayman is a marketing strategist and operations leader with deep expertise in coliving and coworking environments. Over the past decade, he has designed and executed brand, sales, and tenant engagement systems across four continents—working with innovative housing startups and global workplace providers.

Kalen’s past leadership includes key roles at HAVEN in Venice Beach, where he led creative campaigns and programming for its wellness-oriented coliving community; Neighbourgood in Cape Town, where he managed four assets including a 100-room hotel conversion; and IWG/SPACES in Vancouver, where he oversaw $2.3M/month in commercial real estate assets across 500,000 sq. ft. of shared office space.
