Cohabs designs and operates shared homes built around three principles: quality spaces, member care and human connection.

Cohabs was created in response to a simple observation: shared housing answered a real need, but too often remained a compromise. The company developed a more intentional approach, combining private bedrooms, generous common spaces, fully furnished homes and services that simplify everyday life.

Today, Cohabs operates more than 170 houses and is home to 3.000 active members across nine cities in Europe and the United States - in Brussels, New York, Paris, Madrid, Luxembourg, London, Milan, Washington DC and Marseille. 

Each house is designed to support shared living and foster real community, while staying grounded in sustainability. They renovate existing buildings rather than build new, encourage shared use of space and equipment, and work continuously to improve energy, water, and material performance. Cohabs is a certified B Corp.
