Drawing on award-winning schemes, Charles works across DLA’s Blended Living approach, spanning Coliving, PBSA, Build to Rent and intergenerational housing. His work focuses on socially responsive design, shaped by local context, stakeholder collaboration and the evolving needs of communities.
