Chris Theodosiou is a Partner in the Residential Valuation team at Allsop LLP, a UK-based property consultancy providing an extensive range of services across key sectors.

Chris specialises in Red Book valuations for loan security, purchase and accounting purposes, working with a wide range of clients including lenders, developers, investors and high-net-worth individuals.

Whilst initially focussed on traditional residential development and investment assets, Chris identified the growth potential of the coliving sector over a decade ago and was advising clients on this new asset class and its opportunities before the sector became institutionalised.

Chris is considered one of the leading valuers of coliving assets in the UK. He continues to be a prominent figurehead within the industry, promoting the sector and drawing upon his extensive knowledge and experience to advise key stakeholders.
