Lucia is a highly accomplished investment professional with over 25 years of experience in hotel real estate. She has held senior leadership roles spanning property investment, asset management, funds management and operations.
As Chief Investment Officer and Head of Asset Management at Hotel Capital Partners Pty Limited, Lucia leads real estate investment and asset management mandates, specialising in global hospitality equity investments and tailored asset management solutions.
Previously, she was General Manager of Hotel Investments at Mulpha Australia, overseeing global hotel investments and managing assets across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She also led investment outcomes for the $600 million Ascendas Hospitality Australia Fund and managed $1 billion in unlisted hotel funds at Mirvac Group, covering a 20-hotel portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
