Michèle E. Gottier is Director and Head of Operated Living Europe at Swiss Life Asset Managers and Chair of Impact & Places. With more than 15 years of experience in European real estate investment, development, joint ventures and platform transactions, she is responsible for Swiss Life’s operated living investment strategy across Europe. She focuses on identifying, structuring and scaling residential operating platforms in sectors including co-living, student housing, serviced apartments and broader alternative living concepts.
