Peter Horgan co-founded Grayling Properties, a fully integrated property developer and operator, in 2018. As Managing Director, he oversees the management and operations of Grayling Properties to deliver design-led, high quality city centre residential accommodation.

With more than 25 years’ combined experience in property and investment sectors, Peter has an extensive background in every aspect of property development and management, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, planning and project management.
