Diego Gaspar

Diego is the founder of Innremote and Coliving & Surfing, projects that connect corporate offsites, colivings, and remote work communities. With more than 16 years of experience as a business school lecturer, he has taught marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership at institutions such as ESIC, IE, and Inesdi. He also served as the head of the LEINN Berlin campus at Mondragón University, a disruptive degree program focused on building student-led cooperatives, closely aligned with community dynamics. In the past two years, his teaching has centred on artificial intelligence, covering subjects such as AI and Business Intelligence, Generative AI, agents, and prompt engineering. Alongside academia, Diego designs corporate offsites and coliving spaces, managing and commercialising projects across the Canary Islands, Portugal, Spain, and Italy.

Through Innremote, he develops programmes for companies that combine training, remote work, and shared living experiences. Among them is Coliving & Surfing, one of the first hotels in Europe to integrate a coliving after the pandemic, awarded by Coliving Awards' in 2024 as the best in Nomad Coliving category. He also leads specialised initiatives such as AI retreats, presented this year at the Coliving Awards 2025 finalist under the Emerging Coliving Concept category. These programmes blend practical AI training with surf and community activities, exploring how technology can enhance productivity while preserving the authenticity of shared living experiences.
