Katia Dimova is a coliving consultant, entrepreneur and co-founder of Coliving for a Living, helping new and existing coliving projects start and grow into thriving, community-led businesses. Drawing on hands-on experience across strategy, operations, community building and hospitality, she works with founders and operators to create spaces that are both financially sustainable and genuinely loved by their residents.
She is also the founder of the exemplary Chateau Coliving, set in a historic castle in Normandy, and has contributed to the development and success of some of Europe’s most loved colivings.
Location-independent since 2011, Katia co-founded a remote-first design company in 2013, long before remote work became mainstream. Her path has also taken her through a corporate career in marketing & management, humanitarian work, entrepreneurship and life across more than 50 countries - experiences that continue to shape her belief that the best spaces are ultimately about people, collaboration, belonging and community.
