Meet Markus Linhardt, CEO of COLIVE Group and co-founder of Udda, one of the Nordics' most distinctive coliving brands.
For the past decade, Markus has been an entrepreneur driven by a passion for challenging the standards of the housing industry. Provoked by an industry that reduced homes to square meters and tenants to invoices, he set out to build shared living around what actually makes a house feel like home. That conviction became Udda, and in 2026, COLIVE Group.
Today, he leads a team operating roughly 1,350 beds across Sweden, still guided by the same idea: to make everyday life matter more. COLIVE Group also serves as the Scandinavian hub within NestFrame AB, a pan-European coliving and hospitality platform.
Outside of work, Markus is a true foodie and self-proclaimed "at-home Michelin chef," a confidence built almost entirely on his fiancé's unconditional support and suspiciously consistent five-star reviews.
