Mews powers modern hospitality, helping coliving operators easily manage stays, payments and operations on one platform.
Martin leads the long-stay and residential segment at Mews - one of the company's growth bets - covering coliving, aparthotels, PBSA, and extended-stay properties. Over the past three years, he has been deeply immersed in this space, shaping the segment's product strategy and driving delivery of its core building blocks: tenant contracting, billing automation, monthly pricing, and hybrid inventory management for operators running mixed short and long-stay models.
Before focusing on long stays, Martin led the development of Mews Spaces, a product that fundamentally rethought how hospitality venues monetise space and time - enabling hotels to sell meeting rooms, parking, coworking areas and long-stay accommodation through a single platform.
Martin is passionate about the intersection of technology and modern hospitality - particularly the new generation of concepts that are blurring the lines between hotels, homes and communities. Coliving, aparthotels and PBSA represent, in his view, the most exciting frontier in hospitality today: operators who are genuinely reimagining what it means to live, work and belong somewhere.
