Niklas Andersson is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NestFrame, the buy-and-build platform acquiring full ownership of leading regional coliving operators while preserving their brands and founder-led culture.
An engineer by background, Niklas is a serial entrepreneur in real estate, driven — like his co-founder — by contributing to society through creating the future of living, with a track record of scaling ventures at unusual speed. He founded I am Home, which delivered 2,000 developments in seven years, founded We are Tomorrow, and built Sizes Works from zero to SEK 250 million of revenue in two years. His earlier career spans some of Scandinavia’s largest developers and contractors, including Riksbyggen, Skanska and NCC. He then co-founded COLIVE, Sweden’s leading coliving operator and NestFrame’s regional platform.
At Coliving Conference 2026, Niklas addresses the question facing most of the industry: why so many operators stall below institutional scale, and what it takes — in capital, operating infrastructure and consolidation - to break through the growth plateau and build shared living at scale.
Away from work, Niklas recharges at sea and in the studio - a passionate sailor who spends his free time creating music.
