Preparing for Your Session πŸŽ™οΈ

  • Speaker Onboarding Call: Prior to the event, you will receive an invitation to join an onboarding call. This call will include all speakers on your panel, the moderator, and a representative from the Coliving Conference organisation. During this call, you will discuss key discussion points, get to know more about each other's backgrounds, and share topics you'd like to address during the session. The format of your session will also be confirmed.
  • Session Format: For panel sessions, the format typically includes a short introduction of the topic by the moderator, an introduction of all speakers, facilitated panel questions or a fireside chat, and concludes with a short Q&A with the audience (both online and in-person).Β 
  • Required Deliverables: To ensure your session runs smoothly and efficiently, we may require certain materials from you. The specific deliverables and their deadlines will be communicated directly to you via email. All deadlines will be provided well in advance.
    Depending on your session format, these may include:
    • Presentation Slides: If you plan to use supporting materials (and session format allow for it), such as presentation slides, please ensure they adhere to the following:
      • Format: 16:9 PPT
      • Maximum Slides: Maximum of 5 slides per speaker.
    • Speaker Bio & Photo: A brief professional biography and a high-resolution headshot for use on the website and event app.
    • Talking Points / Outline: A brief outline of your key messages or talking points for your session.
  • Briefing Document: You will receive a specific briefing document with all details for your session, including suggested talking points and worksheets to help you prepare your ideas and topics. Please keep an eye on your inbox for this document and the onboarding call invitation.
