Giles Horwitch-Smith is Managing Director, Europe at Software Answers, where he leads the company’s growth across the European serviced apartment, build-to-rent and coliving markets.
Giles began his career in technology consulting before moving into residential property management and development. While working in the coliving sector, he saw first-hand how better technology could solve many of the operational challenges facing accommodation providers. He then sought to bring together his property management expertise with purpose-built technology, grounded in a practical understanding of the complexities of both disciplines.
In his current role, Giles is focused on helping operators use connected technology to improve performance, strengthen resident experiences and scale with greater control.
