The global coliving market is one of the world’s fastest-growing residential niches, projected to grow from $7.7bn in 2024 to over $32bn by 2034. Yet Europe’s segment remains hyper-fragmented, with hundreds of coliving operators and thousands of adjacent flex-living operators on the continent, and no true pan-European consolidator to date. Most have strong local concepts, loyal communities, and proven unit economics, but limited access to growth capital, fragmented procurement, and a banking system that doesn’t yet understand the asset-light model.
