Adaptive reuse of a historical warehouse (used to make the Titanic engine) of this age imposes constraints that a new build does not. The layout and design of the coworking lounges, the fitness centre, the wellness area with sauna, the residents' lounges, the shared kitchen on every floor, the courtyards, the roof terraces and the library are scattered throughout two wings of the overall development to create a feeling of intimacy while respecting the historical building footprint.
