Dandi Brondesbury is a 162-unit design-led coliving residence in North West London, created around the idea of bringing nature into the city. Set within more than 350 trees and plants, the building has a strong connection to its landscaped surroundings, with private gardens and generous outdoor spaces woven throughout.

The studios are thoughtfully designed with adaptable, modular features that allow residents to transform their space throughout the day. Each includes Dandi’s patented floating bed and integrated furniture, designed to make the most of every square metre without compromising on comfort or design.

Shared amenities include private gardens, roof terraces, coworking and lounge spaces, a cinema, games room, indoor/outdoor gym, barbecue area, private dining area, parcel room and cycle storage, alongside 24/7 security.

Located close to Willesden Green and its Jubilee line connection, Dandi Brondesbury is around a 15-minute walk from Queen’s Park, giving residents easy access to independent cafés, restaurants, local shops and green spaces while remaining well connected to central London.

For logistical purposes, participants will be divided into specific groups for the site tours routes. Each group will visit specific locations, in a communicated order and time.
